Updates on school. Current module, pastry and baking. I didnt get to update, and its quite long overdue to talk about it. But NVM. So did a lot of baking and dessert, I learnt to make, apple pie, mini2 kuih, profiteroles, eclair, cream puffs, cookies, panacota, dessert sauces: choc, vanilla, rasberry. Blah blah blah.
Only managed to take pictures of the cookies only. and its not even baked yet.

This week is kind of relaxing, so far no practical from what I heard. But this means, boring theory lessons. Attachment is on october. Waduhh.. Ok la! Gotta siap2 go school!
