Haiz...Just now was the last day at work. I miss everything already, the chef jacket, the kitchen, the chefs especially Surat (he’s a thailand chef), the ballroom, the dishes, the cafe, the ice-cream, the other workers, etc2. Well, its like that one, miss something that end already. Just now, was the main event, which is the GRAND OPENING OF MARINA BAY SANDS! There are 6 courses, including dessert that had to be prepared, but we had to prepare 3 courses only, the soups, appetizer and the main course. Total of 3000 pax! But luckily its divided to groups, so my group have to do 300+ pax.. Burnt my finger, fuhhh sedapp! But everything was a success, Yay! Give around of applause! !
Today I ate at the cafe like nobody business, because of last day. Ate rice with chicken and boiled egg. Bread with mayo-egg. Green tea for drink and ICE-CREAM!!!.. Everything times 3! Yeah, gelojoh nak mampos..! So today’s post is about working at marina bay sands hotel, as a junior chefs! Got take some pictures, but very little uh.. So let da pictures do da talking Bebey....!!
