So yesterday at MBS, suprisingly my friend said more than 8000 pax. There were 10 wedding at 1 time.. actually 9 la, 1 happend during lunch. So, no cooking for us. We only had to plate the foods. It was pre cooked. But still.. tiring you noe! The first dish was suckling pig! Ewww.. As I got to know that, I immediately put on my glove but put over a few more gloves just to be safe. When it was time to plate, I stood one corner, and just look.. Looking at my malay muslim, friends holding the freaking pig's head. But for the other dishes I help lah!. There were like 10 other dishes, like roasted chicken, baraccuda fish. My hand like numb like that, scooping the gravy over and over again for the fish. Blah blah blah.. ended around 11 plus.

Singapore Chef Association Family Day!! As you know, the real chefs works almost everyday and have so little time to spend with their families.. compared to other type of occupation.. So this day, is like a day for them to spend quality time together. We students are invited too. As we reached, played some games. Hahah. I won the musical chair game. Had lunch.. Superb.. The Bbq chicken and lamb very nice liao! And we met with other students who are in culinary skills. Overall it was a great event, but Im disappointed with some of my friends. Come there, never listen, play with the PSP, ignore the performance, no participation. Haiyo.. There was a magic show, the magician came to one of them, and ask tell to him a simple magic word he know. He simply answered "dunno" with his blank face. Then they left early. Might as well stay at home and play your PSP right!! hahahah..
